The race

London Region Nordic Ski Club is returning to the road cycling circuit at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for its classic technique roller ski race.  The Senior Race will last for 1 hour, with the winner being the person who completes the most laps in the fastest time.  There is also a shorter 30 minute race for Juniors and anyone who would prefer to do this distance.

This will be a perfect opportunity to race at this prestigious venue by the Olympic Velodrome, ideal for roller skiing with an excellent surface.

Prizes will be awarded in Junior, Youth, Senior and Vet categories.

Matched roller skis provided by Swenor for senior race

Thanks to the generous support of SWENOR ROLLERSKIS the senior race will be run on matched skis provided by them. Each of the Swenor Alutech 2 skis will be fitted with either NNN or SNS Pilot bindings according to the competitors' requirements.

Racers with their own Swenor Alutech skis will be able to use them as long as they have medium wheels rated 2 by Swenor, otherwise Senior racers must use the skis provided to compete.

Those racing in the Junior/Youth/Novice  Race (30 mins Classic technique) will not be racing on matched skis and must provide their own skis.  Skis are available to hire if ordered in advance.
