Annual General Meeting

16 July 2011 - Clubhouse at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.

Any member of the club may submit a motion for the AGM in writing to the Secretary at least one month before the meeting. Such motion must be seconded, either in writing or from the floor of the meeting.

You can roller ski beforehand by taking part in the Club's 1 hour roller ski race, also a British Championship event.  Alternatively you can help with the event or just enjoy spectating and supporting the racers.

1400 1 hour race

1630 AGM

1730 Barbecue [we supply the equipment, you bring your own choice of food to cook and eat]
