Wonder what a LRNSC cross country ski-ing trip is like? Have a look through this selection of photos from our 2008 early season training trip to Livigno. It was great fun and for those who wanted a challenge at the end of the week, there was La Sgambeda ski marathon with a choice of distances, 40 km or 20 km. Richmond Park is a great roller ski and cycling circuit so every December LRNSC runs a seasonal tour. Head torches and reflective gear are essential so other park users and wildlife can see us coming! With mince pies and mulled wine courtesy of Gerard, and stuffed dates from Maria, it got Saturday evening off to a great start. [Click any image for the full view]

28/11 annual dinner at the Gallery Rendezvous ...after catching up over northern Chinese nosh and trying to figure out the answers to Paddy's easy quiz,it was upstairs for the answers and karaoke. Some skiers revealed themselves as practised performers, others rose to the occasion and everyone enjoyed the fun. Thanks to Gerard for organising another excellent event.
