Gérard Ollier had sussed out another Voie Verte, a beautiful tarmac trail running along the Meuse and occasionally into the woods. The Hotel in Revin, provided us with warm accommodation and excellent food and wine - a necessity for club trips - plus storage for bicycles and rollerskis. Half the members chose to roller ski, the rest cycled leisurely helping to carry spare equipment. Our newest club member lounged in his wheeled pulk pulled by dad. We scoffed ice cream, snails, truffle ravioli and other French delicacies [not all at once] and skiied over 60km during this fantastic weekend.
