LRNSC Roller Ski Courses 2009
Roller ski-ing is simply the best way to prepare for cross country ski-ing; it’s fun and great for your fitness. This year we’re offering more sessions, with special emphasis on November when we’ll be running a course so you can really learn or refine skills ready for the ski season. All courses will work towards achievement of Snowsport England Proficiency Awards which enable you to monitor how your ski-ing is developing both on roller skis and on snow.
At each session we aim to have groups for complete beginners and improvers, and will cover classic and skating techniques depending on demand. Our Snowsport England qualified LRNSC instructors will run the sessions.
Advance booking is essential. We need to know how many people are coming to ensure the right equipment and number of instructors are available.
