How to book
- Choose the appropriate options using the drop down menus.
- Click on the corresponding Paypal shopping cart button.
- When you've selected all your options, click on the view cart button to make your purchases.
You'll receive an automated confirmation from Paypal and within a few days an email from us confirming your booking.
To book a place for a friend or partner:
If they require exactly the same options as you, just change the quantity when you view your 'shopping basket'. If they have different requirements [ie they're not a Club member or their shoe size is different] select 'continue shopping' and you can select the relevant options.

Terms and conditions
- You must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire prior to your first session with LRNSC. Please download the form and bring it to your first session.
- Should you wish to change your booking please contact us least 3 days in advance and we will endeavour to agree a suitable alternative date.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking please note that the following charges apply: 5 days notice or more – no charge; 3-4 days notice – 50% of confirmed booking price; less than 48 hours notice – 100% of confirmed booking price.
- If the session is cancelled by LRNSC with less than 48 hours notice you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
